Social Impact

Our Philosophy

Bandhan Group engages in ESG & CSR activities primarily through Bandhan-Konnagar, an independent not-for-profit organization established in 2001.

Bandhan-Konnagar is committed to poverty alleviation and women empowerment. Its first social initiative, Targeting the Hard-core Poor (THP) Programme, began in 2006. Today it works across livelihoods, education, health, skill development, financial literacy, and climate action.

Integrity is not an aspiration — it is our operating principle. Impact is not incidental — it is intentional.
